The apartment had everything we needed and was very modern and clean. The walk to the beach and local shops was quite short, making it easy to explore the area. One highlight was the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to relax after our outings. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which was a welcome relief during our stay.

Very poor communication all via WhatsApp!!! The lack of a bolted safe and fire alarms is concerning!!! an electric kettle would have been a nice addition instead of boiling on the hob and the outdoor furniture needs a thorough cleaning!!!

Family with children perfect getaway

Had a lovely time! The apartments were spacious and comfortable, great shower too, and they even had fantastic shower products. The staff were so helpful, they booked our taxi to the airport just like that, and we didn't even have to wait.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for the quality we got.

the room was nice, but heaven forbid you want anything like fresh towels, which took ages! also, the communication was strictly WhatsApp, because apparently, that's the height of hospitality. i was really expecting more for my large fee, maybe a nice welcome gift? i was almost going to leave a good review, but no.

Comfortable apartment, convenient location, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring and great air conditioning which was a relief during the warm days, along with the excellent 24-hour reception enhancing our stay.

The seating in the outdoor area could be more comfortable, and a little more clarity on the use of appliances would enhance the stay.

Just a prime choice for a walk in the evening in Puerto del Carmen with excellent value for money. The communication via WhatsApp was prompt, making check-in seamless and stress-free. Consider bringing your own seating for the outdoor area for more comfort.

Just had a lovely ten-night stay at this place! The apartment exceeded my expectations—everything was clean, modern, and the shower products were such a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it perfect for recharging. I'd suggest a change of bed linen after a week for longer stays, but overall, I can’t wait to return next year!
